ETH10X Celebration: Honoring A Decade of Ethereum

Wow, what a ride! Can you believe it's been 10 years since Ethereum burst onto the scene? We're still pinching ourselves! 😮💫

The CV Summit 2024 concluded on a high note with the ETH10X Celebration, marking a decade of Ethereum's transformative journey. The event recognized the vision of the blockchain pioneers who, ten years ago, planted the first seeds of innovation in Crypto Valley.

Swiss Blockchain Awards 🏆✨

Mihai Alisie, Ethereum co-founder and founder of AKASHA, delivered a special speech, in addition to Vitalik Buterin's virtual visit. They shared some never-before-seen footage of the founders' journey to Switzerland and Ethereum's establishment in 2014! 📽️⏪

In a touching tribute to their contributions, the co-founders received the inaugural Swiss Blockchain Award in the 'Lifetime Achievement' category. The awards ceremony was a highlight of the summit, drawing eager attendees who were there right when it happened.

Zug: The Little City That Could (and Did!) 🏙️💪

The celebration also highlighted the city of Zug's pivotal role in the blockchain revolution.

Known as "Crypto Valley," Zug's forward-thinking approach and supportive regulatory environment provided fertile ground for Ethereum and subsequent projects like AKASHA to flourish. Ten years later, the city is home to 1,300 blockchain companies and 13 unicorns! 🦄
